The following terms and conditions establish the contractual agreement between you and Walton on Thames Airport Cabs. Your booking of a taxi and utilization of our service implies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Definitions
In this agreement, "Walton on Thames Airport Cabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 Allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is crucial. Walton on Thames Airport Cabs is not responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the designated time.
2.2 Ensure the selected car accommodates passengers and luggage adequately. Walton on Thames Airport Cabs does not guarantee the carriage of excess luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered single passengers.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated during the booking process.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotes, exclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise), are based on the information provided by you. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for significant itinerary changes.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time will be billed at the standard Walton on Thames Airport Cabs rate.
3.3 Confirm the accuracy of the booking confirmation received after accepting our quote. Failure to notify discrepancies may absolve Walton on Thames Airport Cabs of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment methods accepted include cash, credit cards, or debit cards.
The Service
4.1 Passengers' behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts caused by passengers.
4.2 Consumption of food, drinks, or smoking is prohibited in the car.
4.3 Proper restraint for children, based on height, weight, and age, is mandatory.
4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance passenger limits is strictly observed.
Cancellations
5.1 Notify Walton on Thames Airport Cabs promptly if canceling a booking. Post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on the driver's covered time and distance.
5.2 Cancelling an online booking before dispatch may result in charges.
Liability
6.1 While Walton on Thames Airport Cabs strives to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we'll provide an alternative car to expedite your journey.
6.4 You shall not hold Walton on Thames Airport Cabs responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Walton on Thames Airport Cabs may subcontract obligations. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We may modify terms and conditions by updating this page. Review regularly for changes. Existing bookings are honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Data processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Walton on Thames Airport Cabs and yourself.
8.5 No third party has rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes beyond this period may not be entertained by Walton-on-Thames Airport M
